MEMBER PORTAL

TO ENTER YOUR INFORMATION AND SET UP YOUR PORTAL ACCOUNT, SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE

The Williamsburg Recreation Center Online Portal is an online registration system that can be used to register and pay for programs, view statements and pay balances. You are not able to renew your membership online at this time but you can set up a house account (credit card information) on the portal so that we can easily get your membership activated.

If you have already submitted your name and email to the Rec Center, you should receive an email that will grant you access to your account. After your first visit to the portal, you will be able to log in using your username and password. For help navigating the new online portal, check out the Club Automation Portal Guide! To navigate to the portal, you will select "Portal" in the menu bar on the top of our website!

In order to access your account on this portal, the Rec Center will need your first/last name and a valid email address. Please allow 24 hours or 1 business day for us to update and/or create your account information in the system.

HOW TO CREATE A PORTAL ACCOUNT

  • Step 1: Go to www.williamsburgrec.com/portal (Congrats, you're in the right spot!)

  • Step 2: Submit your name, your email and anyone (children/spouse) who you want to be added to your account. This submission form is on the BOTTOM of this page

  • Step 3: Allow 24 hours and/or 1 business for your information to be entered and your account to become available

  • Step 4: You will receive an email from Club Automation/Williamsburg Recreation Center that will allow you to access your account. Follow the link in the email to set up your password and enter your address, cell, etc.

  • Step 5: Your account should be good to go. Double check that your username and password work and start navigating around the portal to get familiar with it


STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS: HOW TO REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS ON THE PORTAL

  • Step 1: Go to www.williamsburgrec.com and select “Portal”

  • Step 2: You will be directed to the Williamsburg Recreation Center Club Automation Portal Log On Page; log-on to your account using your username and password

  • Step 3: In the side panel on the left hand side, select “Register for Programs”

  • Step 4: Click on the program/session you want and then select “Sign Up” for the lesson group you would like to register for – A pop up will appear with everyone who is on your account and you need to select which child you would like to sign up for that lesson.

  • Step 5: Add to your cart and repeat the Step 4 for any other children you have. Once you put an item in your cart, you will have 8 minutes to check out or lose the item.

  • Step 6: Go to your cart and submit your payment. Note: This will be much quicker if you log on ahead of time and save your payment information!

  • Step 7: Fill out the Online Waiver Form (via Google Docs)
